The kids20 tablet does not support fast charging. We recommend using the original charger (10W, 5V/2A) to ensure optimal battery health and prevent fast power consumption.

The Kids20 tablet has 8GB RAM (4GB real + 4GB virtual). To extend virtual memory, go to Settings > System > Memory Extension > Find RAM extend > Select the desired expansion size (up to 4GB) > After selection, click "REBOOT NOW" in the pop-up box > Expansion successful.

If you are unable to download a specific app, you can try two methods. Method 1: Go to Settings > APPS > Google Play Store > Storage > Click to clear the data. If this doesn't work, try Method 2: Go to Settings > APPS > Select the Google Play Market application > Click "Uninstall Update" > Reinstall the required APK.
